Today was also a good day, but I got up quite late.(around noon). I did not run again today because my foot still hurts a little. I am hoping that it will stop hurting after a few more days. I love to run but can only walk right now. I didnt walk today for exercise and the only exercise taht i did was mowed the back yard. It was pretty hot today here in Woodland, California. For the most part I didnt do much today except helped my dad get his room done, he is a music teacher at two of the elementary schools here. right now i am watching wife swap on abc because i am bored. anyhow will write tommorow

Indeed it has been a long time since i have wrote in this web journal here on my xanga site. My sister is an inspiration to write this because she allways bugs me about how it is not up to date. Let me first say that I finished a whole year at a community college near Woodland called American River College(ARC).I was very successfull this semester and passed all of my classes. you bet, studying paid off. I was taking an intro to sociology class and wasnt sure if I was going to pass it. With help I passed the class. Right now I am writing this without eating much for dinner, as I ate a huge buffet for lunch near Woodland. My sister came back from Isreal and when she did it made me very happy because I was worried something might happen there where she was staying with IBEX. Nothing happend at all. I will hopefully be getting a job at our local albertsons as a unit clerk helping with the go backs and the carts outside. I will try to update this xanga site a lot more now that I am on summer break.

Today I did not get up until 1 or around there. I didnt feel like getting up. All that I did before then was get up to take my pills and eat some breakfast. I should have just stayed up. However I had no reason to get up. My sister is comming back to Woodland on Saturday and I am looking forward to that. She said that she wanted some taro root and fruit bread. who knows maybe I will surprise here with some when she gets back. Sissy if you are reading this dont get to excited. I hope that my sister gives me a souvinere from Samoa if not then I will be mad just kidding. Once I got up I ate lunch which consited of raviolis from the freezer. They werent to bad and were much better than blt's. People have to be in the mood to eat those kinds of things. I did have cantalope for part of my lunch as well. My grandpa is doing much better. He is out of the hospital and is on the highest level of assited care. this is only temporary for him though as it costs 500 dollars a week. YIKES! It is now 8 40 I wonder what else I am going to do. probably play a computer game or go online, which I am all ready doing. oh yea I finally got done with my schedule for ARC. It should be a  great schedule as I made it. I followed the recomendations of the counselor for the classes. The only bad thing is that I have to go to my math class every day. well im going to play some games now.

Today in Woodland it is very hot, nearly 105 degrees. I am updating this site because I havent been on it for a while. In the fall I am not going to be attending CSU Stanislaus. Instead I am going to be going to American River College(ARC). I will be studying things similar to what I was studying at CSU Stanislaus. Their program is known as comercial music. I will be in the recording aspect of commercial music. Right now I am watching NBC nightly news and they are talking about the space shuttle flight. I am able to listen to the flight controls with my handy dandy HT ( an icom-w32a). My sister is going to be getting back in from American Samoa on Saturday. I am looking forward to seeing her again. As for ham radio news, I am still studying to be a General class liscense holder. I am getting back into the hobby. For  a while I was only talking a little bit. Now I am taliking on my HT a lot more. The smog is getting worse in sacramento. I am off to get dinner so I will say 73
